How Far in Advance Should I Book? SkyTrikes Flights are very popular so booking at least two weeks in advance is strongly recommended. Reservations can be made to a maximum of six months in advance. Bookings for today's Flights, if available, can only be made through our Bookings Hotline on 02 9885 0638. Back to Top
Can I Book for Someone Else? Yes. You can book for others or book for groups. If you would like to give a SkyTrikes flight as a gift, you can purchase a Gift Certificate, which can be emailed anywhere in the world. Please note that groups larger than 10 must be booked via our Bookings Hotline on 02 9885 0638. Back to Top
Can I Change a Booking? Yes. Changes to the date and/or time of a SkyTrikes reservation are permitted up to seven days before the confirmed Flight date. However, you can only change your reservation to an available time and date and we reserve the right to charge a booking fee for changes. What if I don't like the Time Scheduled by my Online Booking? The online booking system automatically allocates the first available SkyTrikes Flight according to the time zone selected. If the time specified is not satisfactory, please contact the Bookings Hotline on 02 9885 0638. Back to Top
How do I get confirmation of my booking? When Booking a SkyTrikes Flight Online, a Confirmation Email is Automatically sent to the Email Address you provided when you make the booking. If you are booking through the Bookings Hotline a Confirmation-Booking Letter will be Posted to the Address You provide. If there is not time for a postal letter to reach you (same day bookings) your Booking Confirmation will be available at the SkyTrikes, SkyPark at the time you arrive for your Flight. Confirmation Emails and Confirmation Letters must be presented to the Ground Personnel at the SkyPark when attending for your Flight Back to Top
What if my Flight is Cancelled? On rare occasions of extreme weather or mechanically related reasons, SkyTrikes does postpone Flights. If your Flight is postponed, you will be offered an alternative Flight on a day and time of your choice. If this is not possible you will be issued with a credit voucher. You can use it to select a time and date for your Flight at a time that is more convenient for you. Flights are postponed/cancelled only at SkyTrikes discretion. Back to Top
