SkyTrikes Flight Times

SkyTrikes operates 7 days a week, from sun up to sun down, daylight hours only. Flights operate singularly (1 SkyTrikes Flight participant at a time) however group bookings can be arranged to depart sequentially at 1 minute intervals so you are up in the sky together, (dependent on the number of SkyTrikes available at each location).

Bookings operate automatically to allocate the first available free space (taking into account the number of Flight participants) in the 'time period' of the day you pick:

The 'dawn' time period begins with a first light take off, (so you need to be at the take off location 1 hour before, as with all flight booking times) and 'Dawn' period finishes at 10 am. This is a very popular time to fly. The air is at its calmest and the landscape glistens in the early morning sunlight.
The 'daytime' time period begins at 11 am and goes through to 3pm. This time is popular for it's fantastic views and great daytime flying conditions.
The 'afternoon' time period starts at 4pm and finishes at sundown. A lot of SkyTrikes Flight participants like the late afternoon for the amazing twilights and sunsets from the air.

Dependant on the number of SkyTrikes available at each location, the flights will depart at 1 minute intervals, beginning on the hour booked, until all the bookings for that time are fulfilled.

The operation of all SkyTrikes 'Fly in the sky' flights are subject to the discretion of your SkyTrikes Flight Instructor. If your booking does not happen due to a decision by your SkyTrikes Captain then an alternate booking that suits your requirements will be offered. If this does not satisfy, a refund (less a $20 administration fee) to the credit card used to purchase the booking will be forthcoming according to SkyTrikes terms and conditions of trade.
