SkyTrikes Flight Considerations

SkyTrikes bookings are for a particular date and time. They are non-refundable except according to SkyTrikes terms and conditions of trade.
The total Sky Trike flight experience is 2 ½ hours, including 40 minutes flying in the sky in your SkyTrike. Participants should arrive no later than 1 hour before the scheduled flight time.
All SkyTrikes participants must be 15 years or older, Participants under 18 years must have parental or guardian written consent. There is no maximum age limit.
All SkyTrikes Flight Participants must be able to read, understand and reply in English.
All SkyTrikes Flight participants will don coveralls and equipment as deemed appropriate by the SkyTrikes Flight Instructor for the conditions of the SkyTrikes 'fly in the sky' on the day.
SkyTrikes reserves the right to alcohol breath test all SkyTrikes Flight Participants. Testing positive above 0.00% will result in the scheduled SkyTrikes 'fly in the sky' being cancelled and the flight fee forfeit.
SkyTrikes provides photographic facilities on the SkyTrikes. For safety's sake, all cameras, videos, mobile phones or any loose object cannot be taken on the SkyTrikes 'fly in the sky'.
All SkyTrikes Participants must complete the SkyTrikes Flight Declaration form prior to their SkyTrikes 'fly in the sky' and must agree and comply with SkyTrikes terms and conditions of trade.
In the event that a scheduled SkyTrikes 'fly in the sky' does not occur due to an operational decision by the SkyTrikes Flight Instructor, SkyTrikes will offer a replacement SkyTrikes 'fly in the sky' that suits the SkyTrikes Flight Participant. If no satisfactory replacement SkyTrikes 'fly in the sky' can be agreed, then a refund (less a $20 administration fee) to the credit card used to purchase the flight will be arranged according to SkyTrikes terms and conditions of trade.
